Regulator & Torch Exchange reserves the rights to substitute any OEM repair parts or repair kits with equivalent quality aftermarket repair parts or kits.

By placing an order with Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc., the person, persons, and/or company placing the order agrees to the following terms and conditions:

REPAIR PARTS – DISCLAIMER

Service or repair of industrial gas apparatus should be preformed only by a qualified technician. Improper service or repair, or modification of the equipment could result in damage to the equipment or injury to the operator. Therefore we do not provide instructions at anytime, parts breakdowns are available upon request. Failure to install replacement parts correctly may result in a product that will not perform satisfactorily. Even if parts are correctly installed, the product may fail to perform satisfactorily if other parts not being replaced are worn, corroded, or dirty. Improper repair can cause leaks, which could result in bodily injury and property damage. Because of the above, Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. can assume no responsibility or liability for performance of products repaired in the field, and not directly by Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. It must be clearly understood that the person or organization repairing the product assumes total responsibility and liability for performance of the product.

Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. makes no warranties either express or implied covering the performance of any product which has been repaired in the field. Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for such products.

Using aftermarket parts may void any warranty by an original Manufacturer.

SHIPPING

The $10.95 shipping rate applies to USPS only.  Choosing a shipping method other than USPS will result in shipping fees being added to the order. Free Shipping for orders over $75.00  only applies to USPS shipping on orders placed and processed online at our web store and to addresses in the United States.   Any order placed over the phone, or equipment shipped in for service may be subject to shipping and handle fee.  There are a few items, that can not ship via USPS.  The shipping for those items may be more than the USPS flat rate shipping.

Our shipping department is open Tuesday through Friday. All orders placed online at our website, will ship the next business day, if all of the items ordered are in stock. All orders placed 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Tuesday. If we are unable to ship within two business days due to insufficient inventory, we will contact you and discuss options for filling our order. Any 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipment orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day, with applicable shipping charges applied. Any 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipment orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day, with applicable shipping charges applied. Any 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipment orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Tuesday with applicable shipping charges applied

RETURN POLICY

Returned internal repair parts and repair kits for torches and regulators are refundable and will ONLY be accepted under the following conditions; if the internal repairs parts are unopened and/or unused and repair kit are in the original packaging and unopened.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and all costs incurred in shipping repair parts back to Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. Also, items purchased and returned for a refund that shipped for free are subject to a refund less the original shipping cost.

Purchaser must contact Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. for a Return Good Authorization. All returns must have the original packaging and any instructions returned. Product returns with open packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All costs incurred in shipping parts back to Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All request for credit or exchange must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia.

REPAIR POLICY

Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. warranties repairs of Regulator and Torch for 180 days against defect in parts or workmanship. If a regulator or torch malfunctions within the 180 days, we will correct the problem and return the equipment free of charge. Please send the cutting tip being used if a torch does not work properly.
